Gobble, Gobble. . .






The above photos illustrate the 'before' and 'after' of the Thanksgiving Day, deep-fried turkey and the pumpkin pie hot from the oven.
The turkey was salted, rubbed with red pepper flakes and injected with balsamic vinegar and "Trappy's" cayienne pepper sauce before deep frying in peanut oil resulting in a moist, flavorful
bird.
Our pumpkin pie was created with fresh pumpkin and a traditional flaky, lard crust.
